Biography: He received his PhD degree from University of Manitoba, master degree from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and bacheler. degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2007, 2002, and 1999, respectively. He joined INRS-EMT, University of Quebec as a tenure-track faculty member in October 2010. Before that he was a postdoctoral researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Dr. Le is the Senior Member of IEEE.
Research interests: wireless communication, networking where current research interests include cognitive radio, radio resource management for HetNets, cross-layer design and optimal control for communication networks, smart grids and other CPS applications.
For prospective students: There are openings for PhD students with financial support in my group at INRS-EMT. Well-motivated students with a Master degree and strong background on wireless communications and networking, applied math and operation research are highly encouraged to apply.
